Breakfast Day Two: Blueberry Ginger Smoothies

pesIf you are looking for a quick breakfast that is on the lighter side for you or the kiddos this might be the one for you! This recipe sounds like a very strange combination to you I am sure. But believe me, it is delicious and refreshing!



Blueberry Ginger Smoothies
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy! Makes enough for 2-3 people.
