Peanut Butter Granola Bars Recipe

So I really stink. I know. I totally bailed on the blog the past few weeks. And I am so sorry for all of you who look forward to new posts. I have learned one thing about me...I just can't keep a steady schedule. Things happen when your a mom, a wife, a full time student, and in ministry in another country. So, this blog is now going to be random. And I hope that's ok. I will try my best to post at least three times I week. I will try. But I really hope you like random too. Because it's like a surprise...and who doesn't like a good surprise right? Well, enough of my rambling...on to the good stuff.

These are so delicious. And they are easy to freeze and they keep a long time and my family LOVES these! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!!

Peanut Butter Granola Bars
- 1/2 of this granola recipe
- 3/4 Cup honey
- 1/2 Cup peanut butter
- 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup neutral oil of some sort

Mix all ingredients except the granola on medium heat. Cook it until the mixture starts to bubble and it is well blended. Stir it continuously while on the burner.

Then pour it over your granola. Mix it well and spread it in a square baking dish. Lightly press down on it to even it out. I used two bread pans because that's all I had. And it worked perfectly.

Place the square dish in the refrigerator for two hours or more. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Cut in slices and if it lasts longer than five minutes store the rest in a container in the fridge.
